🌎 Cultural Dish Celebration – Thursday, May 28, 2026! 🌎

Dear Families,
We are excited to celebrate the many cultures in our school community! On Thursday, May 28, students will participate in a Cultural Dish Celebration in their classrooms from 12:30 PM – 1:45 PM.
🍽️ How you can participate:

Please send your child with a cultural dish from your family’s background.
Dishes should be brought in the morning when students arrive to school.
Students will have the opportunity to share:

The name of the dish
How it is made
Why it is important to their culture

This will be a wonderful day of learning, sharing, and celebrating our diverse community!

👘👚 Students may dress in cultural clothing and are welcome to carry a flag or banner that represents their heritage. 🚩🏳️

🌎 This parade is the kick‑off event for P.S. 123Q’s Multicultural Awareness Month in May.

🍪🥨 Senior Snack Sale is Back at P.S. 123Q! 🍫🥤
Starting next week, our 5th Grade Seniors will be hosting a Snack Sale every Monday and Thursday during both lunch periods! 🎉
💲 Snacks range from $1–$5, so be sure to send students with a few extra dollars to enjoy a tasty treat.
✨ All proceeds will support 5th Grade Graduation activities, helping us make their final year extra special!
